Privacy policy
Last updated 7 October 2026.
KennelTree stores your kennel records on your devices. Optional sync uses your private iCloud database and your Apple Account storage. We do not collect your kennel records, run advertising trackers, or sell your personal information.
Document recognition happens on your device. Registry lookups are initiated by you and require consent; the registry’s own privacy terms apply. Publishing sends the records and photos you choose to your configured destination. Public trees can be viewed and copied by anyone. Review your public selections before publishing.
Apple processes purchases under its privacy policy. Optional automation on Mac lets clients you authorize access kennel records. Only enable clients you trust. Support emails contain information you choose to send us; we use that information to answer your request.
You can export your archive, disable sync, and delete local records. Copies already published or stored in iCloud may need to be removed separately. Future hosted publishing and backup services will need an updated policy before launch.
